We had the oxygen concentrator checked and services. Our tech, Richard B. was great! Very professional and courteous! That’s awesome in this day and time.

George was great. Ladies in office put me on hold and did not come back. I waited 15 minutes then hung up. My husband called while I was on the phone and was answered immediately. Always have poor service with the ladies. Need to improve.

Kayla was extremely knowledgeable of every aspect of the cpap machine as well as sleep apnea itself 😊 She educated us very well on the machine care and the condition of sleep apnea while being very professional 😊. Thank you
