Sonic Drive-In

Very poor service, after spending 44 dollars for our food to find out our kids meal burger did not come with the cheese we requested, so they decide to bring us 1 slice of cheese to the car after the Manager said in the intercom that he made the burger and knows he put the cheese on there, so the burger was taken back inside to add the slice of cheese that was brought out to the car. Then after asking for 1 pack of additional marinara sauce I had to pay the .25 cent rather than giving it to me for the issues already faced with the burger. I’m not sure the young guys name who came out and said he was the manager but he needs additional training for sure. Please if you would like to discuss it with me I’d be happy to talk to the owner or who ever responds to this review. Not the 800 number that is left to all of the other negative reviews…..Restroom is also filthy and smells like pure urine!!

Worst service ever. I ordered in the dive thru something simple, and they asked me to move to the line and wait. Time started passing, and they just forgot about me. I asked a waitress for my order, and she said, "Let me check." she never came back, I got out of my car and requested the waitress for a refund. She said," Let me call my manager."she came and I explained that I was waiting so long for a small item, she was just starting at me without saying anything, I asked her for my money back and she laughed saying " oh yeah, is cos someone throw your chicken" and asked Do you still want your chicken? I said no, just give me my money. She turned and went in and just continued doing something else. I opened the door and told her I was not willing to keep waiting she say "step outside, please." The place is dirty. The odor of old burn oil is disgusting, and on top, the manager's attitude and behavior are terrible. Either she is slow or hi or both. Please, don't waste your money in this place.

Everytime I go here lately it’s cash only and the ice cream machine is broken…. I can understand cash only if the system crashes or something but every time I go this is what they say. They don’t answer at the stalls so you have to wait in the drive through line for however long for them to say sorry cash only. Get it together! Fix the ice cream machine.

Do Not go here unless you want your order messed up everytime. They always forget food or the add-ons they charge for. I complained previously as it was a 7 dollar item they forgot so they gave me a free item. I decided to use it today to give them another chance. They messed up yet again. Will not be back.

Sat in the stall for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I had to repress the red button multiple times. I can't tell if this location is plagued by technical difficulty or general incompetence, but whenever I go to this location, there's usually an issue. I'm not sure how this Sonic stays in business.
