Sonic Drive-In

My family & I ordered at a stall (3 ice cream sundaes & a mini milkshake). We waited 20 minutes, finally hit the button again to request an update. We were told it would be out shortly. After an additional 25 minutes, we hit the button & requested an update again & was told our order was misplaced and possibly given to another stall.. all to get melted ice cream like it’s been sitting out the entire time we waited.

Sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes and no one ever took out order. Parked in a spot to order and sat and watched two employees sit out talking to a lady with a snake at the tables people are possibly eating their food on. Took forever to be acknowledged at the parking spot and even longer to get food. No reason to come here if it takes over 30 minutes to get food and potentially risk salmonella from employee playing with snakes at work.

The food is ok but I ordered this fancy drink last time the 'Sweet Topped Blueberry Lavender Lemonade' and they gave me regular lemonade and insisted that it was the drink even though it didn't have the topping or anything on it. When I pointed this out they added the topping but it was still just lemonade. Very sad. Very disappointed.

Service was insanely slow! I spent well over 5 mins and the order box waiting for someone to take my order. And let’s not talk about the wait thereafter to get something as simple as a milkshake. The sense of urgency is nonexistent and the management needs to address this. I’m not in the business of having my time wasted or spending my money on lackluster service.

This location used to be pretty good not sure what happened as of recently. Just spent 10 mins waiting in the drive thru line when I get to the speaker there was no greeting, I continued to wait, ended up waiting over 10 mins and after saying “hello” multiple times with no responses I pulled up to the window. When I got to the window the cashier said “oh no one got your order” like no that’s why I said hello over and over again. I understand what it is like to work in fast food but there has to be a better system than whatever they have right now. It’s ridiculous to be waiting for 30 mins to get a slushie. The food is always good but the service sucks. End rant.
