Sonic Drive-In

the customer service is very bad. they gave me the wrong order and i had to wait for 3 to 5 minutes to get my order. my sandwich was hard. i ask for a manager and the employees was faking like they were a manager.

Sonic has good food, I get the a Hot Dog, and/or a Cheeseburger. Sonic has nice employee. The service is not as fast as other “fast food” places, however, Sonic tries there best, I believe, plenty of parking area, ordering, and kiosks. Clean areas. • NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS • Drive thru * ONLY and/or order through kiosks.

The meal came out in good time. The car hop wasn't very happy acting but he did a good job seemed like he was by himself. They forgot my kids juices but they rush them out once I let them know.

Hot and fresh food. I had one problem I asked for a burger with no lettuce and still received lettuce on my sandwich. Other than that I would choose this location out of any of them. Whiskey Road store is a no go. North Augusta is a no go.

Where do I begin… 1. There was a HAIR in my food. 2. When you order chili cheese fries, they can’t bother to actually fill more than half the container. 3. Asked for extra cheese on the fries and it simply wasn’t there. Not that I would eat it anymore after the hair… 4. I ordered the chicken strips and almost all the breading was stripped off. Complete waste of money. My carhop Tuston was very kind and the only good thing about this experience.
