Im So disappointed. Ive made an order of $130 two days and pay for home delivery to my husband in Thompson. I received confirmation and everything but the flowers never arrived. They did not bother whatsoever to reply my phone calls, emails. At this point you can keep the flowers and send me my money back.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! This company does not have good customer service. Their flower arrangement lasted only 3 days! Called to tell them that some of the flowers were broken and the water was extremely yucky when I looked at the arrangement. They told me I should have not accepted them. BTW, I was told the owner delivered them to me. Also told me that sometimes the flower distributors give them bad flowers and that could be the problem.... okay... wouldn't you think they would make it right! They were not interested in doing so. My son used 1800flowers (I think) and they choose this florist. He has gotten his refund (good company) and I have dead flowers (from a not so good company). I had to choose a star, otherwise I wouldn't have.

They have all the products you need if they don't have it they will place your order and call you when it arrives.
