SmokeShow BBQ

Tried smoke show at the food truck location off of Robert c Daniel and Walton Way extension. Got the 3 ribs with mac and cheese for a side. The ribs were very good. Extremely tender and juicy and fell off the bone. The sauce that comes with the ribs is more of a tangy, vinegary sauce, which may be preferable to some, but I personally prefer more of a thicker, sweeter sauce. The Mac and cheese were solid, nothing crazy but still good. The star of the show was definitely the ribs, definitely would come back for those. Overall a very pleasant visit and was quickly served.

Food had great flavor and the worker was very nice and professional. I would definitely eat here again. No tables because it is a food truck but I ate off of my tailgate.

Amazing people, amazing melt in your mouth brisket, and some amazing chicken salad. I don't give many 5 star reviews, but they're nailing it!

Their ribs were absolutely delicious! 😋 I went back an hour later to pick up a full slab for the freezer, but they had completely sold out of everything. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought 4 quarts of bbq and it was the best I’ve had in a while. Actually figured extra and I’m glad we did! Had enough for everyone, plus an extra meal or two, and still put up a couple of lbs!
