I was referred to Crystal by a friend and found a stylist who understands my hair and level of hair care. She is professional, gracious and caring and most of all a HUGE reason I now love my hair again. She is and absolute asset to this Smart Style location. Her and Sharita make getting my hair done a beauty shop experience-love these ladies

The service was exceptional by the stylist. Only complaint is we booked the appointment on line but it didn’t go through to the salon. This is the second time it has happened

Chrystal was my stylist. I always choose Chrystal because she is very familiar with my hair and I fully trust her with suggestions, recommendations and advice. She always makes me feel supported and appreciated. She always gives reassurance that if I am not satisfied I can always return in order to fix whatever issue I have.

Made an appointment online. Got there and girl at the counter said they couldn't get me in she said booked online and made a face. She could get me in an hour and 15 minutes later. Another employee older looked at me and realized my trim was easy and quick and took my in no problems. I was there for 10 minutes and had an inch cut off just like I wanted.

KiKi is awesome. She maybe knew but she is a pro. I had long hair which she permed for me. Great job. If she had a question she was supported by her sister stylists. I recommend you give her a try. She is a keeper
