Smart Safes did an outstanding job for us on the installation of a safe in a very tight space. They were meticulous and took their time to get it right. We couldn't be more pleased with their work and I highly recommend Smart Safes.

West was extremely helpful, knew everything about safes, literally everything as well as soultions to ensure there would be no concerns getting it into the house. Highly recommend stopping in to this place if you are thinking about a safe. They have all kinds, guns, jewelry, night stand safe, biometric as well as lights and dehumidifiers that can be installed or bought separately

Had a great experience buying my safe from Smart Safes. I spoke to the owner Matt as well as Tim on two different occasions while shopping and both were incredibly helpful. I was next door buying car parts and stopped in on a Friday afternoon when they were closed but Matt happened to be in his truck about to leave but opened the store just for me and answered my questions for at least 20 minutes. Tim was just as helpful and showed me around again a couple months later answering my questions for about an hour. I felt like I got a lot of safe for my money. The installer crew led by another Matt was very professional and fast. They took all kinds of precautions and mapped their path thru the porch and the house in advance and had no issue with the tight porch and narrow door whatsoever. I'm glad I could buy a USA made product from a locally owned business with such a good cast of characters. Don't buy online or from a big chain!

Ordered a safe from Liberty Safes & Smart Safes was their dealer. Smart Safes did an excellent job! Responded to emails quickly; texted the delivery window and called to verify - though we ended up moving it a day - and they were very courteous and helpful. They texted en route, showed up when they said they would, had everything- including a dehumidifier I bought on site - and handled everything. True “white glove” service. Matt is an veritable wellspring of “no BS” information! Especially on how to keep your barrels from rusting inside the safe!?!? Higjly, highly recommend them!

Tim at the store was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. It took me three months to decide on a safe and do my research! They never waive red on price or showed the least frustration. When I finally pulled the trigger on my Colonial 50, they saved me over $400 compared to if I would have purchased the exact same safe and accessories directly online from Liberty, OR if I would have bought it at Cabelas! Installation was fast, very professional, and right on time! I could not be happier with the team at Smart Safes!! And even better, I stayed local!! Thanks guys!!
