SERVPRO of Aiken

Horrible experience!! Had a kitchen fire . Had to get their crew back to my home several times to finish cleaning, re-shampoo 1 room of carpet. They left water standing in my real hardwood floors. Canceled appointments, finished dates pushed back. I had 1 room in my home that didn’t have smoke damage, and we used this room to store valuables and breakables as we were displaced from our home. Well these wonderful people break into this room and steal about 15 to 20 thousand dollars in jewelry to include my engagement ring. Of course I filed a police report. I also called the company of which the front office secretary accused me of lying or that someone else may have broken in stole them. They had the only key and no evidence of the house being broken into.

I recently had a leak in one of my properties. I contacted Mike with Servpro and he was there promptly. They did a thorough evaluation and developed a plan to address the leak and correct all areas affected. The process was very smooth and would recommend them to anyone. Hopefully I won’t need their services again, but if I do, they will be my first call! Thank you Servpro team!

My house flooded while I was out of town due to a broken pipe, and Servpro was easy to contact and set everything up. They were very easy to deal with, as I was still traveling back and forth out of town. They made it a great experience for me, and I trusted them wholeheartedly in my home while I was away due to their great professionalism and communication skills. Even though I wasn’t present some of the time, They made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. Roy, Guan, Joey, Amber, Will, and Josh did an amazing job. I would definitely use Servpro again if needed.
