SC Coach

On Saturday and Sunday September 28 & 29 our Women's Retreat used 2 buses from this company. Bus 1 & 2. I was on Bus 1. The driver whose name was Jeff was very rude. When the ladies began to get on the bus and was speaking, he never spoke back to none of them. Also when we would stop to get off the bus, he never bothered to help any lady down. One lady approached him and ask why and his response said he was to take care of the bus. With us being on his bus you would have thought he would made sure we didn't fall. He had not inter actions with us at all. I did not get what Jeff's last name was but would not want him as a driver. I don't like bringing up the race card but he acted racist considering all the ladies on the bus was African America and that was how we all felt. He needs an attitude adjustment.

I recently went with my daughter's school on their trip to Washington DC where SC Coach provided our transportation. Our bus was a newer bus with all the amenities, bluetooth, wifi, etc. It was clean, the restroom was properly stocked, and the seats were comfortable. Our Driver was Rick and he was just plain AWESOME. To start with, he knew more about DC and how to get to all of the sights better than the tour company the school used. He was polite and professional, made sure to help us on and off the bus, and was attentive and receptive to all of our groups needs. He interacted with our group and by the end of the week we had basically adopted him into our group as it was. Over the years, I've been on more than my fair share of bad charter bus rides. This.WAS NOT one of them. Sc Coach and Rick were just what we needed and I would gladly travel with them again.

Our experience was nothing short of outstanding! Prompt, safe driving, accommodating, flexible, caring, attentive—all describe our experience aptly. Rick Underwood drove our cheerleaders to our national cheer competition in Florida. As new coaches to this national competition, Rick would look up places for us to eat, stop and rest, and navigate through Florida. He brought ice and fresh drinks to the coaches when we got on the bus. He always had a positive attitude with the girls and seemed genuinely interested in our program and event. He made good plans and kept the bus clean. In one stressful moment for us coaches trying to find a place to practice, he helped us problem solve a solution and he helped us execute it! By the end of the trip, we felt like he was a true part of our program! His service was exemplary. Kudos to S.C. Coach and Rick Underwood! Coach Angie McDuffie, Weddington cheer coach

Better customer service than Chick-fil-A….our driver even brought us Chick-fil-A! He was knowledgeable with our route and knew what areas to avoid for traffic issues or road construction. He picked out the best rest stop areas along the way that could accommodate 28 women easily (go Buc-ee’s!). He was invested in how well our team was performing throughout the weekend (even made us playlists to pump us up!). And, when we couldn’t watch the Super Bowl 1/2 time show, he pulled it up for us on YouTube. Rick was the best driver and we hope to get him again next year for our annual nationals trip. Driver rushed us off the bus because he was almost out of hours, that's a them problem not a customer problem. Also was complaining that we as a group didn't clean the bus thoroughly, we had a 4 th grade class on a field trip, we cleaned the bus but we didn't know we had to bring cleaning supplies, Brooms and vacuums, you don't have to clean up the plane after you fly, just ridiculous
