The owner, Emma, was incredibly thoughtful and responsive — always available to answer questions and ensure everything was going well. She clearly cares deeply about the families she serves. Our caregiver, Kim, was an absolute godsend. Her kindness, patience, and gentle nature made a world of difference in my grandmother’s daily life. It was such a comfort to know she was in such capable and loving hands. I can’t recommend Savannah River ProHome Care highly enough. Hands down the best agency in Augusta! We tried two other agencies bf this one and neither met our needs. The first aid didn’t click and they sent another one the very next day and she was the best! She left notes on what happened while she was there and I could look them up in the computer. The office staff returned my calls expeditiously. The owners are top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing professional care!

For anyone out there like me who was very hesitant to have someone other than myself caring for my mother I truly recommend Savannah River ProHome Care! They are top notch and go above and beyond in caring for your loved one. Not only do they care well for your loved one but they are sympathetic and compassionate to me as well. I wish I had contacted them sooner. All this to say this company has made my life easier and for that I am so greatful and thankful!!

We hired this amazing company to help us with keeping our 87 year old mother in her home as long as possible. We were thrilled with the services, compassion, and care provided by Sandra and Emma! They were very accommodating and genuinely concerned with our mother’s care. We occasionally requested some last minute extended care and were always met with a positive outcome! Savannah River ProHome Care (SRPHC) was a lifesaver to me when my elderly mother needed assistance with daily tasks. The caregivers were reliable, competent, and kind. When we needed to quickly transition to 24 hour care, SRPHC was responsive and met our needs. The caregivers even worked for us at the hospital when Mom was there, which was a blessing because I was not able to be there 24/7.
