Savannah Rapids Kayak Rental

My husband and I came out to kayak. First, the reservation was SO easy to make and the prices are completely reasonable - almost a steal, I'd argue. We were greeted by two of the nicest people who said they were "two retired schoolteachers living the dream!" :) They are SO knowledgeable about the area, giving us a history and showing us artifacts from the island we went to. They even taught us how to call the donkeys out! The trip itself was incredible - the views are amazing. Bring sunscreen! The donkeys demolished 2 lbs of carrots and 2.5 lbs of apples - they were so happy!!! They ate right out of our hands and hung out a bit after they finished. The trip back was even more amazing, then we got picked up by the sweet couple. I cannot recommend this place enough, and we are definitely going back as much as possible.

Serene & beautiful. Perfect place to take a walk & relax. The greenish water & surrounding trees give a backwaters effect. Pleasant & rejuvenating.

Awesomely fun staff. Easy process. Very reassuring and knowledgeable for newbies. Great for groups. You can rent or bring your own out there. Can’t wait to go with the girls

Kayaked the canal today and it was a wonderful experience! Rental prices are reasonable, and they offer a military discount too, which I really appreciate! All of the employees were friendly and helpful. Our shuttle driver found out we’re new to the area and even gave us all sorts of recommendations for things to do.
