Anytime I visit the augusta mall, this is the only food I eat. Frankly, between the food and service this place is consistently GREAT! I often times don’t speak verbally yet the cashier and cooks never give me a hard time. To go beyond, the cashiers normally even do basic sign language with me while ordering. **update:sep4,2023 the older Asian man on the grill decided to not to give me extra sauce because I didn’t tip. I then watched him give it freely to the next 10 people in line. Just order chick-Fil-A if he is on the grill with his attitude and dry personality!

The food has always been fresh and the staff is nice but I’m giving such a low rating because they have been reducing the amount of meat they serve for about 2 years now. The food is not cheap so there shouldn’t be such a small serving of meat. (I got the Chicken Teriyaki)

Tried to pick up food about 20 minutes before close. They had a long line and after I waited in line for 10 minutes, they told me, and the people in front of me that the two in front of them were their last customers. They could've told us that when we got in line instead of letting me and other customers wait 10 minutes just to get turned away. I really like the food here, but this has definitely turned me off and I don't see myself coming back any time soon.

Unfortunately, I did not get to eat tonight as I walked into the mall at 740, and the young lady stopped me at the line and said, we are running out of food, so we're not taking any more orders and in looking at the grill, it was full of chicken and everybody who had ordered food was being fixed, so I could have ordered the 2 plates that my children wanted, but instead I get to leave And not argue with her because they were obviously going to take that home for themselves, I assume.

Got delivery of a simple chicken bento box with white rice. I got weird vegetables, possibly steamed, instead of the garden salad that comes with it. No dressing either. So these vegetables are bland and gross. Also was given no soy sauce with my order so my dumplings are dry and so is my California roll. The teriyaki was good tho.
