We currently are in a rental that Sandra manages. We only had one issue and that was with the A/C going out while it was 95 degrees outside. She called the landlord and they arranged to have someone out to the house. The guy showed up and fixed the A/C. I have not had any issues with anything else and she is always nice and very professional. We love our rental home and my kids enjoy their yard. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. The thing is, with the market the way it is, rental homes are not really available. She doesn't set the prices of the homes she manages either. Everything is up to the landlord that her company is contracted for. I appreciate everything her and her son have done to make us comfortable in our home.

We have rented a home with Sandra for about 3 1/2 years. In that time, Sandra has been nothing but nice, professional, and prompt. I highly recommend her, she has truly been amazing. Any maintenance request is repaired immediately, usually the same day. She responds immediately to every text, even on the weekends. Rent and maintenance requests are submitted online. She is a smaller agency, which I really prefer because she truly knew us and we weren’t just a number to her. When we rented from her originally, it was the week of Thanksgiving, I was 8 months pregnant, and we were scrambling. We are a military family, and were taken advantage of by Remax and looking for a last minute home to rent. Sandra came to the rescue and we signed our lease literally on Thanksgiving! She has been nothing short of wonderful since then and we are so thankful and blessed for our time in Augusta. She took amazing care of us, and we couldn’t have asked for more. We have since moved, and are already missing her! We received our full deposit back, and were not nickel and dimed whatsoever. She is truly a wonderful property manager, and I would hands-down use her again and recommend her to everyone I know. If you are looking for a home to rent or rent out, you can feel confident that Sandra will take care of you.

Very professional!!! Mrs Sandra is awesome. She takes care of business and her clients. I am renting from her and its been great. She gave me a chance when no one else would. She's always on top of the situation when it occurs. She responds fast. Very nice woman.

My family and I set up a time with Sandra Negron to see a home yesterday (07/18/19 @ 3p) I’m not sure if being a realitor is something she wanted to do as a career because it definitely showed in her attitude that she didn’t want to show us this home. When we asked her questions about the application processes as well as the credit score requirement. She was rude and short with her responses. Since there was going to be multiple applicants we asked did all applicants have to have the required credit score to apply. And she replied and emphasized “if you’re 18 or older with a job you should have a credit score of 600 or higher”. I definitely didn’t see the purpose of that response. Never again, wish that property was under a different real-estate company.

I agree with the other reviews. I would not recommend this business to anyone buying or renting a home. The lady I spoke to Sandra was late to our appointment we had and showed up with an attitude like we were the ones that were late. And to top it off she doesn't show homes on the weekends which is an huge inconvenience to me.
