Dr. Brown and the staff at Sam's Club Optical were so wonderful and helpful. I wanted to try a new type of contact and they worked with me for 4 weeks trying to find the best pair for my eyes. Dr. Brown called me every week to check on how the contacts felt and when I had any problems she would have me come in and try something different. I have never had such a wonderful experience finding contacts and glasses. I will never go anywhere else.

The worst experience with an optometrist I have ever had. The doctor gave me a prescription for a new brand which I took a trial pair of lenses for. The lenses were unwearable for me so I called to order my original brand. They insisted that the doctor would have to change the entire prescription for this but he was never in when I called. He is in once a week or not at all. When trying to have my prescription sent to me to order elsewhere, I was threatened and told they would contact the doctor to void it entirely. They could not however, contact him to change the brand prescription. I was then hung up on. Would give 0 stars if possible. Rude, unhelpful, and an absolute waste of money.

Steven was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. We were greeted politely and he explained all the options in detail and helped my mom get the best option for her current glasses. He exemplified great customer service.

I have been going to Sams for my eye exams and glasses for years. The customer service is great. Kelly is always so friendly and helpful. I recommend them to everyone.

Started off with a difficult experience, but Steven did an exceptional job of remedying the problem. I had dealt with him before, and he's very personable and professional.
