Salsa’s Bar & Grill in Evans is the real deal. The food here is bold, packed with flavor, and cooked to perfection. You can tell they don’t cut corners—everything from the chips and salsa to the main course hits hard. It’s solid, authentic Mexican food that leaves you full and satisfied. Now let’s talk about the frozen margaritas—best I’ve ever had. Period. Cold, smooth, and strong enough to let you know it’s the weekend. They don’t water it down here. Just great taste with a real kick. What really surprised me was the robot they use to deliver food. Yeah, a robot. It’s efficient, smooth, and actually pretty cool to see in action. It’s a slick blend of old-school hospitality and new-school tech, and somehow, it just works. If you want legit food, strong drinks, and a modern twist that keeps things interesting, Salsa’s in Evans is where it’s at. I’ll be back, no question.

This was my first disappointing experience at this particular Salsa, a place I had previously enjoyed and recommended to others. Upon entering the restaurant, I approached the counter, excited to place my order. However, I was met with indifference from the staff. An employee stood just behind the counter, but instead of acknowledging my presence or offering to assist me, the gentleman made no effort to engage in conversation or acknowledging without even make eye contact. As I stood there waiting, I felt increasingly invisible and unvalued as a customer. It’s disheartening to experience such disregard, especially when I had fond memories of my previous visits. This encounter has changed my perception completely and solidified in my mind that I am unlikely to return to your restaurant again. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers.

I thought this place wasn’t too bad. I would like to try it again at another time. The food was pretty good and the drinks were actually quite amazing. My fajitas were really salty but the flavor was good which is why I would like to try it again some time. They had a huge variety of food and drinks. The margaritas come frozen or on ice. I cant wait to try those too! The service was good. They do get busy very fast.

I really didn't mind this restaurant not very busy and had a great menu. Drink menu had a ton of options. Service wasn't too rushed so I felt we could enjoy are drinks before we ordered. My only complaint is my chicken and steak was kinda overcooked and dry. Nothing a little hot sauce can't take care of when you build your fajita.

My office decided to come here for our holiday day party/lunch and the food was awesome. We had a great time. I especially enjoyed the Rice Water and the Cauliflower Bowl….after dining here….we found that the service was not that great but we did enjoy the food.
