Customer service started off good until I wanted to purchase a product that was damage and ask if it could be discounted . I was laughed at by both the cashier and the manager because “it still works” . If this is store policy than okay but no need to laugh at a paying customer when you are selling damaged merchandise

We came in to buy a nail kit and the two employees Zy and Mirah have very good customer service! They where very nice and were bubbly

The customer service reps at this location are on point!! 3 different beautiful ladies helped me out as I searched for just the right products for me personally. All 3 were professional, patient and knowledgeable. This has become my go to Sally 's store. Thank You Ladies.

They ladies in this store are very helpful and I always get what I need when I go in.

I went today to look for a different hair color I always go to this Sally's and I never have a problem. Today I went and the lady working was not customer friendly she was when I was checking out but whenever I walked in and I showed her the color that I would like to choose for my hair she said I don't know what color that is when I showed her the picture. And she was on her phone the whole time she did not offer to help whenever she did offer and I showed her the picture she was very rude. she did explain to me that all the colors have color swatches but she did not physically walk over and help me choose the color that I was looking for.maybe she was having a bad day I don't know but you just don't treat customers when they walk in the door like that when all I did was show her a picture of the color that I was wishing to change my hair . I've never had a problem out of anybody that works at the store until today and I went there many many many times to purchase hair color.
