I was told I could bring any returns back to this store even thoni had my receipt for the stuff I was returning. And I only ever shopped at this store twice.

So I haven’t been in a Sally’s in a while bc as all professionals know—they are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! I mean synthetic bundles for $90.00 OVERPRICED! But anyways I went in there last week and purchased some color from L’Oréal/HIGHLIFT line. While there I looked at lashes and hot tools and also helped the African American customers these employees weren’t doing so good at helping. Anyways, today I went to take the color and lashes back and just grab a couple hundred dollars of hot tools. They have the generic (SALLY’s) brand that are actually REALLY good, along with the infamous Silverbird hair dryer. No sooner than I step into the store some employee names Lacy says to me in front of the entire store, “This time DONT be changing out clearance stickers on products that aren’t marked down, and DONT leave a mess! Last time you were here you switched price tags and left the lashes a mess!” I said excuse ME..??!! And she repeated it! Now mind you I wasn’t the only one in the store shopping on the day of my purchase and there were several other ppl looking at the lashes especially one specifically that ASKED ME for help, so I'm trying to figure out how am I being blamed solely for “untidy” lashes..?? And before I could rebuttal she says loudly, “Yes you DID! And we have you on camera!” So with all this Bravado you would assume her to be the manager right…??? WRONG! The manager then comes up and of course has her employee’s back. So I asked her to show me STEALING and messing up the store on tape! The manager Hailey says, “Well we can’t do that.” I said how u gonna accuse me of something, claim u got proof but can’t …prove it?” The mgr then clarifies and says, “ We don’t know if it was you specifically bc there were other girls behind you looking at lashes and messing with the racks…” So at this point I was done. She wouldn’t give me her boss’ I info, or any info on how to see these so called “surveillance videos.” Lastly, she googled the corp number and gave me that a...

The women here have no real knowledge of afro textured hair but act as if they do. But I guess I shouldn't expect that from a place like this. I was initially apprehensive about accepting help from her but I thought since she was the licensed colorist she would know what she was talking about. Don't offer to help if you don't know what you're talking about. Unfortunately I am new to the world of hair dying and bleaching so I trusted what I was being told when in reality they were just trying to make a sale. I paid over 100 dollars for several items, half of which I didn't need and didn't get other things that I did need.

Taylor the manager is a queen and helped me through the worst hair emergency I've ever had. I did not know your hair changes every 7 years and what I had always used to dye my hair blonde quit working. Taylor walked me around the store showed me everything I needed. Told me exactly what to do and really made me feel empowered and like she was my friend. 20 years ago I came to this same location and had the worst experience with a customer service rep. She made me feel completely stupid and discouraged my passion. I had not been back to this store since until today and met Taylor who was absolutely amazing. Fantastic service, friendliness, cleanliness. Haley also helped to make sure that I had the right products and when I called back later worried about the toner. Answered my questions with no hesitation. No ugliness. Just kind fabulous customer service all around. You women are angels!!! Thank you for making me feel so welcome and truly helping me!! Update: 10/15/23 Jenna has really come through for me. She walked my husband through the store while swamped with customers and wrote down instructions so we could get it right at home! Jenna really rocks excellent customer service!
