Ordered at 5 o’clock, sat there waiting for a to go order for 52 min while there was 6 total customers in the whole restaurant, my first mistake was not checking my order. But I thought for sure two steak and chickens would have been an easy one. Get all the way home for there to be no rice and barely any meats almost all veggies. Call to explain what happened and I’m basically told I’m SOL. Will not be taking my business there again. Not when there’s another Japanese restaurant 4 min up the street.

Thought we'd have some Asian food today. Not only was I disappointed but also still a little hungry. I ordered a seafood salad, edamame and my husband had the lunch special shrimp and scallops with salad. The seafood salad was barely a salad. Expensive for what little I got. May have been one leaf of romaine with various fish sliced on top and a vinaigrette dressing. The salad that came with my husbands meal was bigger and better than mine. Hardly any flavor to the dressing and the only piece that was even worth eating was the salmon. The edamame was good. The lunch special was enough to feed us both but after the first sandy scallop I tried, I stuck with the veggies. The rice was very bland as well. The total bill was over 40 dollars for the little bit of food we received. Overall was very disappointed and will not go back.

Really good food at reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, wasn't to busy so we got our meals pretty quick. Everything was hot fresh and delicious 🤤

Customer Service was great. Food Quality: Not so great We ordered Steak hibachi dinners. This is a lunch portion, in my opinion. Steak was super dry and disintegrating in my mouth as I chewed it. (Ordered medium rare…it was extra well done) The rice tasted as if it had been sitting for hours under a heat lamp. Also, the veggies were like steamed veggies in a bag- not hibachi veggies. When you pay $50 for 2 dinners, I should be able to expect a little bit decent of a meal. I’m just saying 🤷🏼♀️

I want to be upfront, I have been to Sabi numerous times and the service and food has been good. It is never overly busy and the Yum Yum sauce is the greatest. That is the experience I was hoping for when my family took me there tonight for my birthday. It is not the experience that I had. The food was good, but that goodness was overshadowed by poor service, a long wait for my food and my wife's food while the rest of our party ate, the addition of a meal that we didn't order, and the addition of an automatic service charge. The waitress was not great. We had to ask for things several times and she even admitted that she forgot something that we asked for. She did not seem to be happy to be there. It did not instill confidence in further service. While the food was good, it came out at very staggered times. My in-laws (3 people) were halfway through their meals before my wife or I even received our meals. I waited about 30 minutes after ordering to be able to enjoy my meal. On top of that, my brother-in-law never received the salad he asked for, my wife never received the ginger she asked for twice, and we received a house rice that we did not order. When we told the person who brought it out (not our main waitress) they said "oh, oh well." When we received the bill we had been charged for the rice we didn't pay for and there was a large gratuity fee labeled a "party service fee" that was over $24. We spoke to them about this they took the extra meal off the receipt but only after having to explain to them, in a reasonable manner, why the order was wrong. When we asked about the service fee they said it is common. We were not informed such a fee would be added. We had a group of 6. The waitress never told us anything and the menu did not note it. When I asked them to remove it, as I should not be forced to pay that much for very poor service, they said no. They also said it was publicly noted. By that they meant there was an 8.5x11 sheet surrounded by so ma...
