Ruth's Family Restaurant

This is as local as you can get for Augusta. I don't know when this place was first open, but it sure felt like this place hasn't changed in 50 years. The service was good, and people were friendly. The food didn't take too long to come out and it tasted ok and the price was reasonable. I appreciate the local vibe of this place.

The food was delicious! Amazing service and great atmosphere. Definitely recommend if you want some good. Southern hospitality!

Going in here was like a trip down memory lane. Your typical greasy spoon Café that reminded me of the 60s or 70s Food was good and service was great.

Was very pleased with my visit at Ruth’s for the first time. For my entree I got the he-man breakfast which comes with 3 eggs, choice of meat, grits or potatoes, and pancakes. Very good serving of food for good price, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Great place to stop and have breakfast

So the food was great, and the portions were nice. Both of us got the he-man breakfast & I added pecans to my pancakes & subbed my bacon for country fried steak & he subbed for salmon patty. We were both so full we couldn’t finish our pancakes, but they were delicious 😋 The service was great & the food was too. It’s a small little building, but definitely like grandma’s kitchen. I wish I could add pictures to show that nice thick salmon patty & big pancakes
