Ashleigh was so helping touring with my Wife and I. She provided a level of care and service rarely found in this world. Thankyou for making this stressful period much less so.

I do not know where to even start….so many issues with the house once I moved in and also prior to moving in. The promise of the warranty is there, but do not expect the company to try to make it easy or convenient for you. I have had quite a negative experience with everyone except the builder. No one knows who is responsible for anything. I was given the wrong mailbox keys, electric wiring was incorrect, the refrigerator was not assembled correctly and the list continues. For some reason, the company thinks everyone has time off to get all of these things fixed and they do not even try to get things scheduled the same day. The company is at fault for the defects, yet they act as those it is your fault. I would not recommend them at all. I am completely disappointed in the quality of the neighborhood and the customer service.

The agent on-site either was not knowledgeable about the houses and lots or she did not want to explain options, lots, and plans. For example, she did not know what schools were zoned for the area and she did not know where property lines were, and I can continue but I think you get the point.

You can get $5k buyer's concessions at closing and use DR Horton to get a mortgage!
