It says under new management, but I think it got worse. My food was overcooked, and when I asked to have it replaced, the server seemed upset . I eat out most nights with others, always spending $100 or more. I always come after work and in my uniform, maybe that is why she kept telling me the price of every little thing, maybe she thought I didn't have money, I still left a 20% tip because that is my character. Will have to find a new place after tonight.

The drinks were delicious and the service was great. There was an issue with my food being overly seasoned however they were very professional and prompt with getting it made again. I am very pleased

We visited here on 2/9 around 7pm. The restaurant was not particularly busy: there were three other tables besides our own and a steady traffic of to go orders. The service started out slow, and we realized after about 10 minutes that our waitress, Shana, seemed to be the only one working the entire floor. There was another waitress on the floor (Genie), who appeared to have one of the four tables. We saw her do very little work while we were there. She had a mop in her hand at one point and did something with the drink station another time, but other than that she spent her time sitting down. The man responsible for washing dishes spent most of his time coming to the bar and watching the football game, and perhaps the most disappointing of all was Rod, the shift lead. We never saw him offer to help any of his staff. He was at the bar for 90% of our visit watching the football game. The one time he actually moved, it was to go into the kitchen and chat with the cook. He is a poor excuse of someone in a leadership position, and management needs to consider a performance review for him, as well as a demotion. Cameras would likely be a great investment for the "new management" that this location claims to be under. Shana was the only staff member on the floor whom we witnessed putting in actual work and she did it with a smile on her face and a very pleasant attitude. She handled every to go order that we saw come through while also juggling three tables. She was the only one who greeted customers coming through the door. Shana ran circles around her coworkers Sunday night. It's a shame she has to work with the people that she does.

I’ve had an empty drink since before I got my food. The waitress spends more time talking or hanging out in the back than tending customers, and has zero customer service skills. No smile, barely an introduction. Bar tender is more friendly, but having an air pod in your ear doesn’t make customers feel like you’re fully paying attention…..specially when I have to say part of my order multiple times.

The new menu item of 'Steak Ramen Noodles' was delicious! The garden bar was fresh and restocked frequently while we were there. The only complaint was that the portion size for the Cajun Chicken Pasta was definitely less than it used to be. However, the flavor remained good. The bread stick was different than it used to be, but in the best way! It had a beautiful crunchy crust with a soft inside! And last, but not least our waitress "Genie" was wonderful! Very attentive and sweet. We'll definitely be back!
