Ross Dress for Less

I’m really disappointed with this Ross location. There is not enough staff, and the fitting rooms in the back of the store are closed, which makes no sense. There are only two fitting rooms near the registers, and no one is managing them at all. I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes with just one pair of shorts, while other people go in with piles of clothes and stay forever. It’s total chaos. This is not how a store should be run. It feels completely disorganized and frustrating for customers.

So my wife was shopping at Ross this afternoon. Happy to buy some new clothes for our upcoming vacation. She spends hundreds every month between ross and tjmax. But she came home upset, she wanted to buy a blue purse that was locked up. Associate that she said she thinks was manager, black lady, gave her a disgusted look and a nasty attitude about having to unlock it. My wife didnt want to cause a scene, and she ended up spending over 200 dollars there. Its really a shame that you hire and employ rude people. Shame on you.

This Ross always a great find. Also the customer service is amazing. Cashed was great. Took me right away. When the other line customer had a lot of items. Just a great experience.

To be honest, my wife shops here. It makes her happy, saves me money. They have "man chairs" up front for sitting and waiting...go for gold gents. Yours truly, Man Chair in waiting.
