I highly recommend RoofCrafters for your CSRA roofing needs. Scott Wilson was EXCELLENT! I live out of state from where my rental property is. He handled all the negotiations with USAA on my behalf (he actually met with two inspectors at different times, ). This was incredibly helpful. He supervised the installation team that put on my steeply pitched new roof and kept me updated throughout the process. I flew in when it was completed and he met me on a Sunday to do a final inspection. It looks amazing (architectural slate gray tiles) and compliments my brick home. Thank you so much for a job well done!

Roof crafters did a great job with the roof. Scott was our point of contact and he was courteous and professional. Scott kept me informed throughout the whole process. Although we had a little hiccup after we hired them and the project was delayed. But as soon as they had a go the roof was done in a day and half. Scott was available and looking over at the job site while the crew were installing the roof . The crew that came to install the roof were professional and did a very good job. Highly recommend

I've been dealing with RoofCrafters for over 6-Years and I highly recommend them. I used them originally because they offer a very strong warranty, which to me says something about a company. What says even more is that they honor their warranty and do not try to make any excuses should any issues arise. I've been in the construction industry for 30+ years and worked with contractors all over the country, RoofCrafters are the company you want to use when you need roofing. All of their people are courteous and efficient. I have worked with Mitch on multiple occasions, he is knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He answers all of you questions and lays out all of your options. Recently RoofCrafters sent Paul to my home to do some additional work. He called to let me know he was on his way, confirmed the materials and he arrived on time. He was pleasant and an excellent mechanic. Good trades people clean up their mess, excellent trades people never make a mess, they know how to.work. Paul was excellent. All my experiences with RoofCrafters have been positive and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Reached out to the company for service following the hurricane. Was told that my address is out of range of their service area. Sent a screenshot of their service coverage map saying that my home is within the service area, not even on the edge of it or anything, I'm well within the boundary. Never received a response.

Do not use this company. Roof was not properly installed. Company knocked off vent to water heater had carbon monoxide gas build up in house. Not to mention sky light was not properly installed. Had drywall damage company has never came out to fix
