John Tucker was the most attentive and responsive roofer that my wife and I had the pleasure of doing business with. After Hurricane Helene, lots of our roof was damaged due to storm debris and wind. We reached out to multiple companies with no luck. John came and made the arrangements to come fix it within a week. Two days later he was on my roof, fixing the problem we’ve been dealing with for over a month. He was very thorough and even had step by step pictures and videos of what he did to my roof, with before and after photos. John was very knowledgeable and straightforward. This company will go above & beyond for you. They came to my house to give me a free estimate due to a leak. I wasn’t trying to pay for a new roof around Christmas. They contacted my insurance company for me & took care of the whole process. The completed the roof in a day & cleaned up the mess after. Came back a couple of days later to make sure everything was perfect & that I was happy.
