The Customer Service is outstanding. Following Hurricane Helene, we were able to submit a damage claim in only 3 days, received payment within in 8 days, and had cleanup / repairs done in less than 2 weeks. We had a comprehensive insurance review that confirmed the need for an umbrella major liability policy and higher limits on vehicle policies. After making a comparison between other insurance companies and State Farm insurance rates, there was no need to change insurance carriers.
