We rent this barn for our annual Halloween party. This was last years and we always have a lot of fun & good turn out here. Highly recommend for your events. We did also have my 30th birthday party here. They have heaters but it is not heated or air conditioned. So do keep that in mind!

The pool and pool area is very clean. The water is a great temperature. They sell little snacks and water. Everything was nice and enjoyable. Lots of chairs and lounge chairs to keep comfortable. Very good experience.

We rent this barn to celebrate the victory day of Bangladesh, 2024. It's a nice place. Outside, it has a parking lot and kids' play zone. Inside is not controlled by heater but it has four stoves and to turn on it you have to bring propane gas. It works nice. We arranged the program for 100 people. Their sitting arrangement was both inside and outside.

Definitely a unique venue to hold an event or a wedding. It lost a star because it's not heated or cooled. The wedding was on December 30th so I was visited by my Russian buddy Professor Balzar Frozenoff
