Riverside Heating and Air Conditioning

I had a great and happy experience with Riverside Heating & Air Conditioning! They helped me replace two AC units—one for downstairs in March and another for upstairs in April. From start to finish, they were honest( I think it is very important), professional, and thoughtful in every aspect of the job. Most importantly, their pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies I contacted. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.

Outstanding experience. Riverside replaced both the HVAC systems in my house and did a great job at a very competitive rate. Install went smoothly and significantly improved the HVAC for my home. Highly recommend.

My 77 yr old mom recently had her AC go out at her house and I immediately called David B, owner, at Riverside Heating and Air. It was a Sunday but he had a technician at my mom's house in less that 2 hours. I was given multiple updates on the technicians evaluation of the failed unit. David let me know that unfortunately we would have to replace the 15+ year old unit and he provided me pricing by the end of the day. Three days later the technician, Matt Auffrey, was at my mom's house installing the unit. He was incredibly polite, helpful and expedient and had the unit working by mid-afternoon. David and his team were incredibly helpful and responsive. The pricing was excellent and the installation quick and seamless. I may be slightly biased because I have known David for over 45 years but he is a truly honest and caring individual. Riverside has done excellent work for several people I know and I highly recommend their services.

Heartfelt THANKS to Gavin, also The Trainee with him(Anderson?), and Their Supervisor- We have a Disabled 45yr old Son- traumatic head injury His Senior year HS- Will not leave this property- Im 71 just finished treatment for Septic Shock- I say this to Explain Why My Husband & I are SO THANKFUL to Riverside- They All Worked together when a part was needed- they got it! We were elated- We had them come out a couple years back- and were Very Pleased- always professional, helpful- The Service Fee was unbelievably "Low" - also, i must not leave out ALISON! Matt, Owen, David and Gavin ALL did an amazing job! They are a knowledgeable, extremely efficient and very professional team. They went above and beyond beyond to make sure everything was perfectly installed. They deserve all 5 stars! Would definitely recommend
