I rented a house from Re/max and it wasn't cleaned. They work for the owners and I overstand that, but they don't hold the owners to any kind of standards. I ended up with a SLUMLORD who won't replace a oven that won't close properly. I now must complete a years lease for a family of four with a oven that doesn't seal properly and when its set on 350 degrees it reads 301 degrees. So I learned to check the working condition of the appliances, because Georgia law states that stoves and refrigerators are not required. They are only there to entice the renters. The last 2 photos are the dryer vent. The washing machine inlet is still leaking after the maintenance man spent 4 days fixing it. I just gave up. I met the previous renter today when he came to check and see if a letter came for him, he stayed in this house for 16 years, and he moved because of the new owners. Never again!

Small office. Most properties have limited information online. They have a smaller amount of properties for rent than some others, but they usually have nice properties. Contact the office and schedule a showing.

You pretty much have to keep calling the rental department until you can find someone that is not rude and talking over you. The second task is trying to get them show you a home.

very honest, professional and fair people. I would recommend for everyone just move to the city, they definitely won't take advantage on you .
