The Chiropractic adjustments here are not like what most people are familiar with when you think of getting adjustments from a traditional Chiropractor. This is a lot different. It’s very gentle But even though it’s gentle is very effective. Dr. D uses a different technique. I wish I would’ve started going to her earlier in my life. The treatment has not only helped me with physical pain but it has also helped me with relieving mental stress. I highly recommend this place.

I've had neck and back pain for over 30 years from injuries I sustained when I was 19 and 21. I've been to several different types of chiropractors in the past 30 years, but they weren't gentle and treatment was painful and I was always afraid I was going to be hurt worse after being hurt worse a couple of times. I've done pain management and epidural injections. I've also been told I needed surgery by a couple different spinal doctors which I refused. After I made my husband come to Rising Chiropractic for his back issues I decided it was my time to come after I suffered a very bad allergic reaction to contrast dye which caused my neck to lock up. It also caused a horrible 18 day migraine, double vision, and caused be not to be able to sleep for 16 days straight, read, drive, or function hardly at all for over 3 months. My regular doctor just wanted to pump me full of medication and I was only getting worse. It's been a long 9 months recovering from my trauma, but I'm back to moving again and doing an hour on the elliptical at the gym 5 days a week and able to lift 30 lbs with no pain, where 9 months ago I couldn't lift a half gallon carton of milk. I'm not completely better yet and I have a long road to go, but I feel so much better now and have more good than bad days. In time I hope that I'll be back to my old, even better self. There were many days In the beginning I came in, in so much pain and I was not a happy or cheerful person to be around or deal with. Even on my grumpy days they were all still so friendly. Sorry I had days that I was not.

I suffered from migraines and anxiety. I had started the new year off with a full plate. Overwhelmed, I was going through the days and had a off and on headache for over a month straight. By the end of February I had a severe migraine that landed me in the ER. After many doctors appointments and being prescribed so many different drugs I was not getting better but worse. I looked online for a chiropractor because several years ago I went to a chiropractor and it seemed to help. I ended that care do to unpleasant service. So I did my Google search to find the best in Augusta and Rising Chiropractor was the first. I began treatment the end of February. Dr. Drukenmiller found I had 8 subluxations in my neck. Stage 2 bone degeneration. I'm at the end of 3 months of intensive care. I now have only 2 subluxations. This changed me and the quality of my life, significantly. Three things that are very important to me is that I am able to take care of my family, do a good job for work and do well in school. At the beginning of care I was doing bare minimum due to how unwell I was. I am now thriving in all I do. I've been able to stop taking tylenol, ibuprofen, anti-nausea meds, anti-dizziness meds, singulair and an asthma inhaler. Daily, I am managing all my activities efficiently. I've only had 1 mild headache. My anxiety is well managed. I'm thinking more clearly, have more energy, and a better mood. I am able to exercise and do things I wasn't able to do before. I could never jog because it would trigger asthma attacks for me. I'm able to jog 2 miles, no issues. My balance has improved significantly. What made the difference for me. Dr. Drukenmiller educates you. She sends you home with homework, exercises and dennerroll. Dr. Drukenmiller uses a device to do corrections for the neck, spine, pelvis. The 3-person team has excellent communication skills. The business model is fantastic, and they truly care for the clients. The entire office goes above and beyond to make sure you know you are family. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to ease their pain or seeking a better quality of life.

Dr. Druckenmiller and her team are absolutely amazing. Every interaction is positive and welcoming. The environment is clean and music is always upbeat. I noticed big changes in pain and improvement in quality of life. When the storm moved through and services were more limited I knew immediately how important my Chiropractor was to my overall wellness.
