To the owner, This place has went to a downhill Mexican restaurant for me and my family. We loved coming here about 3 times a week. I truly have lost my business coming here. I have multiple concerns and complaints. 1. The manager “Daniel” doesn’t care about his customers. He stands there and looks at everyone eat. Doesn’t greet ANYONE. He gives people mean looks. We even called him over to ask him for something and just kept walking. He just smacks his gum and doesn’t do anything. 2. They forgot half our order. We needed limes and salsa verde, the salsa bar didn’t have anything. We waited 10 minutes for that, and yes our food got cold. The salsa bar is a terrible idea. 3. To be ignored by someone who is in charge, is disrespectful. Who wants to touch all of the other handles of the salsas that everyone has touched?? And then sit down and eat chips with our hands. It’s just unsanitary. Everything was terrible but we did have the sweetest server. That was the only pro.

Very friendly servers, strong alcoholic drinks, food that's pretty good but doesn't wow (at least during my one visit so far), and a bit more expensive than other similar venues in the area

Went there for lunch and ordered bowl salad with chicken that came with a side of soup. The menu wasn't as descriptive, so I wasn't sure I was going to get. The Salad was ok; it was lettuce, tomatoes, and the seasoned chicken. For some reason I expected more, maybe some beans or avocado on it. The soup was traditional, and I quite enjoyed it! I last ordered the flan, and that was ok. It wasn't as smooth as flan is meant to be and it lacked tinge more sweetness but that's due to the texture. It was served with whipped cream and a chocolate drizzle. The flavor profile was all over the place here. This dish could be improved with a fresh caramel sauce, and some fresh fruit to stay cost effective. Given the location and the price of $15, I was satisfied with the food and experience. I will be coming back again to try other items on the menu.

Took my family here for lunch today. Ordered Queso, and the cheese was off, taste wise. I got the taco salad with ground beef, and my son got the Burrito with chicken cantina style. My mom got the beef taco salad, too. The meat appeared to be boiled in water, zero flavor. The chicken also boiled in water with zero flavor. The taco shells smelled of rancid oil. The water tastes of mold. It's not a good start... Wait, staff needs help in hospitality.
