Since Helene we have gone back and forth with our insurance company that just didn’t want to accept our claim. While we went back and forth Jordan and company did a full estimate, meet with the adjuster and engineer from the insurance company, provided documentation to support the claim, and even helped with wording for some of the rebuttal submissions. Every step of the way Jordan and team have been responsive, supportive, reliable and even adjusted to my hectic work schedule. Not once were Helen and I ever left to our own devices. Once the work started (after all the back and forth with the insurance company / USAA) they were on time, with the right materials and equipment and worked diligently and expertly from start to finish. They also have a wide array of options and choices for the roof and personal requests. I can’t sing their praises any higher. I have already recommend them to everyone I know.
