They took class pictures at my child's school last year. Long story short I sent a $20 bill in an envelope the pictures were $12. I spoke with the school several times during that year and was told they had not received the refunds back from the company. I was never told to contact the company directly until this year. Since pictures are taken a few times during the school year. I didn't make a big deal as I was planning to get the pictures my child recently took. So I reached out his secretary was very rude. She had an attitude. She kept repeating since it was last year and I was just reaching out they won't be able to refund or apply the credit. I tried explaining why I was just reaching out and had I known to reach out to them directly at that time I WOULD HAVE. I requested Rick to call me. I must say he didn't have an attitude. However he repeated what his secretary said. I explained to him although it was only $8, it's the principle and as a business they should value integrity. How many calls have you had about a refund for $8 this wasn't a trend of any sort. Why not refund me? He mentioned they don't issue refunds and his no refund policy is stated on the order form. I never completed a order form. (that I recall). In the same sentence he said had I contacted him last year he would have issued a refund because he sometime make an exception when customers pay with a $20 bill. 🙄 the end result is I didn't get a refund or credit and I WILL NEVER PURCHASE PICTURES FROM THIS COMPANY!

Update 2: I received my pictures in the mail quickly once I spoke with the office manager about what happened. She gave me the choice to have the pictures delivered to the school quickly or have them mailed and did not charge me a delivery fee. I still believe the pictures take a really long time to arrive after they’ve been taken. These pictures were taken august 12th and I received them October 20th. We opted out of purchasing sports pictures this year because they just take so long to receive. I appreciate them getting these to me and once I receive my other child’s photos I do not think I will be ordering more. Update: I received a call today from Cassie. She was kind and listened. She wanted to make it right by taking the pictures to the school or mailing them to my home. I will update further once received. They take forever to get pictures back to you. They forget to put names on the pictures you bought with names on them. After not sending my child’s pictures to the school they asked that I drive to a far location to pick them up or pay a delivery charge… even though they are the ones that didn’t send them in error.

They are not very nice. They take forever to respond then when you go up there to ask the question that could have been answered in an email they act as if you are a huge inconvenience. They aren’t professional at all and I’m so glad my grandkids school no longer uses them. I would not recommend them. Do your self a favor and go see Mercer Harris for your photography needs.

This business really misled me and child’s father on the deal they had on the photo digital deal for $50. We expecting to get more poses or photos and they only gave us one pose and we were not happy with it and they refused to refund us. They lady there tried to argue with me and act out of character over the email of refund request. She was very unprofessional about it.

I have coached with the YMCA for 3 years (6 seasons) and seen Rick Milton's interaction with the children at "picture day." He does a fantastic job working with the children which isn't always easy to do! He is patient and fun which is just what they need. I love the pictures he takes! They are quality photos with the standard soccer poses that I grew up with in my many years of soccer. He has an assortment of choices in various price ranges so that even someone on a budget can afford something. I love the picture mirror! Perfect for my purse and my child looks so great on it I was coming onto his site to ask if I could order more! Thank you Rick Milton and staff for all your hard work!
