Rhodes-Murphy Income Tax Service

I've had two different professionals assist with preparing my taxes here and both times were great experiences. Knowledgeable, fast (came in with no appointment and was out within an hour) comfortable office setting and reasonable price (even had a small discount applied which I appreciate). Had my return deposited in my bank account the next week. Best tax service in the CSRA.

If you want to be ghosted use their service. Andrew used to be a reliable guy but I haven't been able to get him on the phone or responding to an email in years. He still has documents I need, he said he lied about filing my 2021 tax returns, because they are still not done. When I had someone redo my 2020 taxes they saved me a bunch of money that was left on the table. Don't waste your time and money here.

Filed taxes in February of 2021. Still nothing. Here it is 2022 and still nothing. Talk bout feeling robbed. I understand that it was a busy tax season but the person who filed them screwed our whole tax return up. Then plays hard to get on the phone but when you do get a response it's always still processing. I think someone walked off with my money.

Whoever the woman is answering phones for today, how unbelievable rude. Before I could even ask my question, I introduced myself and asked her how she was doing and her response was and I quote “...Ok this is a tax office and we’re extremely busy.” Completely turned off to this business by the first impression I just received. If this employee is representation of this establishment I will surely recommend potential clients away from this business after the disrespect that was just thrown in my face for trying to ask a simple question.

Andrew is by far and away the BEST I've ever dealt with...Provides the best advice regarding taxes... even if it hurts your feelings to have to follow it...made a mistake last year...that I won't be making again...I've already scheduled my appointment for 2023.... Thanks, DJB
