Despite a hurricane causing damage in the Augusta/Georgia area he promptly responded to my email enquiry and had the knowledge to steer me to the correct product, plus also organized to have it shipped to Australia (It arrived faster than if I bought something is Aus too). Product exactly as described. Instructions very clear and easy to follow. Gained 6-7 MPH (from 15 to 22 MPH) on level ground with a stock Club Car DS and LiFePO4 battery.
