Terry has made this place a wonderful experience for me. I come here for their cryotherapy, which benefits my knee injury along with its metabolic effects. They are incredibly accommodating schedule wise, and customer service is top notch.

I did the red light therapy and the leg compression therapy. Both were great! Next weekend I will be doing the cryotherapy. Mel was amazing, such a great personality! She showed all the services and explained the benefits of each. Fantastic place to go for both women and men to help and keep the body healthy!

Very skeptical of a “Cryo treatment” helping with pain following an accident but on a recommendation from a friend I gave it a try. Results were immediate! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, therapy rooms clean, great place.
