During Hurricane Helene, the staff showed no compassion for the people trapped in the neighborhood with whom this business shares an entrance. When trees blocked all exits and the only way out for 48 hours was through the Remax property, instead of helping their community, they called the cops on people for driving through their yard. They then purposely moved branches that had already been cleared out of the roads to block the street again. They only cared about their grass when dozens of people suffered catastrophic losses to their homes. Those are vile and selfish actions, and anyone who acts that way in emergency situations does not deserve any business. I will never support this business and recommend people search for any other realtor in the area.
