Professionalism is very important in any and everything. Imagine being new within the community and you discover a company that you feel you could confide trust in. Just to realize that the unit you occupied in is inhabitable. Yes, the outside of the house is pleasant, the inside is a whole different story. Even throughout the move in, move out process. Moved out early the unity early due to unforeseen circumstances, emotional distress, faulty appliances, negligence, inhabitable spaces and unprofessionalism via real estate brokers, Dianne ReMax reinvented, Martinez, GA. Be cautious, with the potential of either buying or renting. Read those contracts, know your rights. They are financially driven. And will attempt to downplay issues. Then try to assign fault to you. Emotional distress at its finest. If you are a Person of Color be prepared for potential discriminatory behavior. Thankfully, I have the audio recording and all receipts for 600 Surrey Lane. If you are a new tenant, or thinking about renting. Think twice. Don’t let the spacious house and outside appearance deceive you. Luckily, I was aware of my rights and terminated my terms.

ReMax has been managing my property in Evans, GA since 2021 and they've always done an excellent job. Good communication, fair pricing, and they've diligently handled all tenants and issues. I'm getting ready to rent out a 2nd property in Charlotte, NC, and I compare property managers here to ReMax as a standard.

I am totally pleased with the rental management team and Rebecca! I have been using them for about 5 years and I must say that in having numerous rental properties in many states (5) for the past 36 years, they are the best! Always very responsive to me and my tenants. I would highly recommend this amazing team. By the way, their preparation for selling your home with an impressive market analysis is also the best in the area!

The RE/MAX team is awesome! Not only did they make the the buying process easy when I first purchased my home, they helped me navigate the rental process when I moved out of my property a few years ago. While being new to the "land lord" role, the RE/MAX team took care of everything from setting up the rental property listing to setting up the please agreements. Definitely recommend!

27 May 2024 Maintenance portal Failure to contact tenants or send maintenance company to repair problem on Emergency water leak and no water to home available. No point of contact after hours or holiday . So if you have a problem that isn’t during their work schedule you are SOL. Remax reinvented in Martinez Ga is terrible. No one will contact you for anything, Once you sign, you’re on your own . 7 May 2024 Renter BEWARE!!! Remax lied in the listing about a smoke and pet free home. A few days into the home the odor problems begin, stemming from smoke and urine that was never cleaned. Remax reinvented will no longer answer any emails to rectify problem. Their only comment was that the owner does not want to change carpet . Remax will not advocate on your behalf, even if it’s the right thing to do. Their only suggestion was for me to pay two months rent in order for me to get out of the lease. Remax reinvented has one objective and it was not to rectify this problem. RENTER BEWARE!! ! Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! As a renter be careful you have no rights and you will not get any help from them. You are on your own !!! If I could rate it a zero I would have
