When I was in search of a good home health care service I was open-minded about the reality of the industry and the times that we live in this company made promises to be better than the other companies and my previous company. LIES this company hires unbiased and the lack there of unqualified and the aids who are too il to do care for a paraplegic or low level mobility plus no-shows and then once you have reached out to the owner he's going on blame you for your standard of care EACH aid have been vocal and I have my own experience and I have a thing about chances and ppl word

I can tell you that the owner is a very caring, professional person. There have been staffing problems in the past, (as there is in any booming economy), but he has always been willing to do whatever it takes to resolve the complaint. There is a reason why the business has been in operation for so long... they know what they are doing and they care about their patients.

Good service. Any reviews badmouthing this place are false. The people who wrote them were most likely the rude ones.

I really didn't want to give this company a single star due to unprofessionalism from the staff and caregivers. The caregivers that I have encountered from this company were very toxic, immature and very irresponsible, didn't show up for work on time or not at all. A patient deserves optimal care and respect, not disrespect and stress. I hope they really improve because my experience with them was horrible.

All I can say is I thought I was the only one. The owner was very rude and acted as if he was better than me, my sister, and anybody else. The secretary or who ever she was is clueless and wrong about all information she provided me. So glad I chose the other company based on the above reviews. Thank you
