Terrible customer service. We were charged for hose on equipment that broke after just a few hours of work. Called and they sent someone to repair hose and we were never told we would be charged almost $1000.00 to fix a service call. We should have at least been notified there would be a charge and had the option to decline. They charged our card without authorization.

Nathan, Noah,Clerks at Reliable Rental rented a Takeuchi Skid Steer tl12 with Shark Brush Cutter to me for weekend When I arrived at Reliable Rental Augusta Ga to pu Machine I had been Quoted 525.00 dollars for the Weekend 8 hrs run time, Dark haired Lady at Counter tried to charge 937.00 dollars for the Weekend. They are Not Truthful People. Overheating,hydraulic hose broke Nate says 500.00 for hose

Needed a backhoe last minute and they came through with an awesome, brand new Case machine. They brought it to the site and came and picked it up. Their customer service was courteous, knowledgeable, and handled the whole situation professionally and quickly. For any needs in the future, they definitely get first call - I can't thank them enough.

I rented the dingo. Everything up until 2 pm on the job was great. Cut the machine off to take a water break, and now it won’t crank. I called them and they said their tech would call or be out shortly. Well two hours later- no response. This is a time sensitive job and could end up costing me money due to the incompletion. Not only that I stressed the importance to the lady that I did not want the machine sitting in the rain later in the day because I would be responsible for anything that goes wrong and wanted to ensure it was in my shop before rain started. She said she understood that repeated that someone will call or be out shortly. I know things happen but I couldn’t imagine relying on very expensive equipment from this place for a very expensive job especially if no one cares enough about customers to at least call and give me a timeline or something. I will change this review once this issue is rectified properly.

I needed a trencher to run a 700 foot primary under ground power line. As it being primary wire, power company required minimum 48 inches of depth. After calling Reliable and asking about a trencher, I was told it would do over 48 inches so I booked it and had it delivered. Once arrived, I measured the cutting chain and even did a test dig, the machine only had a 42 inch dig depth. As I rented this machine for the weekend I had to wait until Monday morning to call and explain my predicament. Chris was apologetic and said he’s not sure why I was told their machine would do over 48 inches but obviously it did not. He was able to get me a TB230 mini excavator for the following weekend. I was able to dig my trench with no issues and no additional charge. I’m only leaving a 4 star review as the mix up messed up my timeline and weekends having to wait for the mini excavator. Aside from that I highly recommend Reliable Equipment.
