I recently visited the Regus location in Aiken to rent an office space for a few hours and was greeted by an outstanding front desk receptionist. Their warm welcome and efficient service made me feel genuinely valued and at ease. Coupled with the pristine office space, the experience was exceptional. Their professionalism and attention to detail left a lasting impression, making my visit both welcoming and productive. This front desk sets a high standard for hospitality, making the workplace a place worth returning to.

I have visited 2 Regus offices and this one in Aiken is very clean and sleek. The building is in a quiet setting which makes it, in my opinion, a good place to get work done. Upon entering the offices you are greeted buy the front desk personnel whom are friendly and very helpful. During my tour, I noticed that Regus offered many conveniences for those who needed copies, mailing, and even a place to meet with clients or colleagues. I liked that the location was in a central area making any necessary trips out during the day easy to get out and return in a timely manner. If you are a remote worker for your employer or have need of an off site office for your business, I would recommend the Aiken-Trail Ridge Center, without hesitation.

I love the building set up! I would highly recommend to any type of business that is office oriented and only needs a space for clerical work/business transactions. Great start for a small business. Pros: Very clean building, Safety, Automatic Lighting, Flexibility with tenant requests, Reasonable lease rates, After hour entry Cons: Inability to place business information on the outside of doors, ***From personal experience***: Not conducive for retail clothing businesses unless consumer visits are done by appointment. Response 19 May 2024: Thank you for raising the concern internally. In my phone app and on from my desktop it does not exclusively give me the option to raise the concern in the help section via ticket. I only have the option to select a predetermined option. 1. Have a question or issue with your current products and services? 2. Interested in a new product or service? When clicking on services, It states that "Your community Team are best placed to help you with this query." In the "Do you still need help?" section I clicked on yes and left a comment. I am hoping that this is the correct space to add recommendations that will reach the box of entities outside of the community team for possible options in the future.
