I have been banking with Regions for years now! I spoke with Kristen about some financial options available. She was kind and patient and very knowledgeable!

My organization have been banking with Regions Bank since 2017 and we have received nothing but excellent customer service and sound investment advice, we would truly recommend this Bank for all banking transactions.

My husband has banked with this institution for over 10 years. During the height of covid, he experienced some difficulties and sought an agreement with Regions to settle any delinquencies. He was told that it would not negatively impact his credit report. Unfortunately, they lied. As soon as he had paid his debt in full, they sent a negative report to the bureaus that impacted his score terribly. He has lost a lot of faith in Regions. His loyalty meant absolutely nothing. I've tried several times to get him to switch to another bank due to previous issues. Maybe now he'll do just that.

Regions ended up being my worst nightmare of a bank… from not catching an UNauthorized person accessing MY customer portal to this branch’s manager actually believing all the FALSE claims made by this same UNauthorized person & actually passing it along to another bank(!)… to not setting up a power of attorney account properly & failing to correct their error for years… the list goes on. I highly recommend that you NOT bank at Regions.

I've had an account when this bank when it was First State Bank in Albany, Ga. On several occasions I've been a victim of identity theft. Regions representative have over the years tried to get me to own a reloadable debt card to make minor purchases. Finally, over a month ago, I took time off to do just that. I was given a temporary reloadable debt card.
