Wonderful experience here! Zac went above and beyond. Zac was very professional throughout. While waiting for everything to get finalized, he showed us around and introduced us to service and parts, got water for my wife and I, and continued checking in with updates and to see if we needed anything. Definitely recommend visiting redline powersports for your offroad vehicle needs and see Zac! He'll take care of you!

Redline powersports in Augusta is hands down the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. I wasn’t pressured when browsing around and when i wanted help looking for a new motorcycle they went above and beyond. Everyone from the salesman to the finance and general manager were helpful and provided the best customer service. They actually cared about my interests and wants rather than just making a sale. They had insight and a plethora of knowledge of their inventory. When i realized the bike i had selected wasn’t the right fit for me, they made sure i was able to rectify the situation and ride away happy. I can’t thank the staff there enough and i highly recommend anyone looking for anytime of powersport vehicle, go see the gentleman over at Redline Powersports.

What can I say but these guys are amazing! Cody was a great help and very professional. The check engine light came on while traveling and these guys stopped what they were doing to run a quick diagnostic check for me. Thankfully it was a simple fix that Cody resolved instantly. The workers were very understanding and polite. They were extremely busy but took the time to help a person in need. I can’t stress how thankful I am. I’m about 500 miles from home and on a trip to link up with my son and ride the tail of the dragon. They really saved my butt!

Bottom line: I could have gone to another shop, but chose to support local business. I have no regret from buying the Ryker, but I am currently regretting buying it from this location. -------------------------------------------------- I recently purchased a new 2024 Ryker Rally. The Augusta location did not have one so they had to get from another store. Because I was told it was a “new” unit, I went ahead and signed the paperwork the Wednesday that it was being delivered and was told I would be able to pick it up either Thursday or Friday, pending how fast they could “build” it. Surprisingly when I followed up before noon the next day, I was told it was ready, “just needed gas.” And I picked it up around 1pm about an hour later. Upon arrival, the unit still needed gas, so I waited patiently. As they Ryker was backing out, the salesman said he was going to rinse it off first and took it out of sight to hose it down. He pulled the Ryker back around and it did look super clean (anything does when you douse it water.) He then asked for a picture and sent me on my way. I pulled in a parking spot to look it over, get my gear on for the road and to get a few pictures taken by my wife. Then I went back to work. When I got back to work and the water had dried, that’s when I realized a number of issues: 1. The unit was filthy covered in dirt and rust all throughout the unit to include the ¼ turn pin on the hood and air filter, this included cat prints on the hood. It was so bad I had to double check the mileage to see if it even was a “new unit.” 2. A complete piece of panel was missing under the seat on the left side. 3. Water from where he “sprayed it down” somehow managed to get behind the speedometer screen. 4. The locking mechanism is so corroded on the frunk that it only opens a few times out of 10 with no issues. Other times I have to sit there for 30 seconds to jimmy it loose. Reflecting on the buying process, something did seem a bit off when ...

Had a quick and easy experience. I was contacted by one of their sales reps Zach after I inquired about an ATV at a different location. They were able to price match and have almost all of the paperwork ready before I arrived. Zach was super easy to work with and honest. Highly recommend and will go back when I am in the market for another!
