Red Lobster

So I went to Red Lobster on 03/29/2025. First, ask for Payton!! She is gonna get you right!! She got me hooked onto the Cajun seasoning with my shrimp linguine Alfredo! Secondly, the seafood was delicious!!!😋 I mean they put their foot in the seafood!! 🤤 The Strawberry Breeze drink (picture with the mint leaves) WAS SOOO REFRESHING!!! I think it will be my Go To Drink from now on! However, the steak was not as good. Rice was a little hard. The lobster topped baked potato was NASTY!! 🤢 Customer Service was AWESOME!! The ambience of the establishment was amazing and HOMEY!! I definitely will be coming back!! Don’t forget to use your app!! Get them reward points!!! Edit: Unfortunately, my mother and I had a bout of Food Poisoning, we believe. So we won’t be coming back until we hear/see better reviews. I wish more restaurants would go back to valuing QUALITY over Speed. I rather the cook take their time and prepare the food thoroughly before serving it, than cut corners just to have fast service…. Anyways, I’ll stick to cooking seafood at home.

Me and my mother went and it's time for them to redo those tables they where extra sticky .. my food was good but my mom had to send back her lobster and she didn't order pasta she just wanted shrimp scampi... I think the servers still need to write down specifics and our server needed to slow down just a bit, it wasn't busy in there at the pace she was going

Brianna was very attentive and friendly. Our order was perfect and the food was great. We love the new menu qnd the Mango Margarita was a Pre-Mothers day hit! GREAT LUNCH EXPERIENCE!

10/10, the Crabfest menu brought me back. The seafood boil bags are top notch, cooked to perfection. I ordered extra sauce on the side but turns out, I didn’t need it. The Cajun Butter is full of flavor, not spicy at all, just packed with Cajun seasoning. Service was attentive, prompt, and polite. Red Lobster is back in my regular rotation of monthly restaurant visits,

I had given up on Red Lobster, but today's experience let me know good training still exist. Tye the waitress was Superb, the food was hot, fresh, flavor able and food placed well portions great. I felt like I was back in the 80's when Red Lobster was the BEST. Keep doing great TRAINING oh tell the cook AWESOME Job...I Was totally satisfied oops let the bartender know too my strawberry daiquiri was the exact same from the 80's. I give Washington Rd a 10+......
