This place is AMAZING! Walking in, the environment is clean and so comfortable and very cute! The front desk receptionist was so nice and informational about discounts and apps that may provide those! Morgan did my Botox treatment and I can’t praise her enough! She is very knowledgeable about her profession providing me with background of Botox. She was so sweet and just very easy to talk to which says a lot because I can be socially awkward lol. She was quick providing the treatment and set me up with an appointment to make sure the treatment was up to both of our standards by the time it settled! Highly highly highly recommend anyone to this establishment!

Just had the most amazing facial with my girl Alyssa—who also happens to be one of my best friends! She seriously works magic. My skin is glowing, my pores are happy, and I feel so relaxed. She explained everything she was doing and made the whole experience feel so luxurious. Proud of her and so thankful for her talent—if you haven’t booked with her yet, what are you waiting for?!

They have almost 300 five star reviews!! What else is there to say?! (Probably nothing, but I’m going to anyways!!!) Truly the best med spa in Augusta, Aiken and probably South Carolina and Georgia combined. I have been going to Morgan for years now and now she has her own place that reflects her vision, her talent and the true aesthetic that she brings to our small town. More times than not I have come to Morgan and said “I have no idea what I need or want but here are my problem areas.” Every. Single. Time. Without fail she has assessed my wants and mapped out a plan that has worked flawlessly- truly every single time. She has also told me “you do not need that” when I have no idea what I’m talking about. If you want an injector that is as smart as they are talented and as humble as they are successful then look no further than Morgan Groothand at Rayne Med Spa. You’ll leave her chair feeling like the most confident version of yourself and if that isn’t every girls dream: what is?

I did a consult with Morgan today. I was extremely nervous just bc I’ve never had any injections, etc and didn’t know what to expect. She was very knowledgeable and encouraged questions to make sure I understood and was on the same page. I love that so I know exactly what’s going on and have reasonable expectations. She provided me with a game plan to achieve my desired results and didn’t make me feel forced to move forward with any purchase. You can tell she’s experienced and wants the best for her clients. I will be returning! And would definitely recommend!

Every experience I have had with Morgan or any of her staff has been positive! I always feel welcomed, relaxed and rejuvenated. I also appreciate how they keep up with the newest techniques and modalities. Exceptional as always!
