Just Don't. Find somewhere less convenient. Everything is gross. It all smells. Lobby is loaded with weird junk. Pool is broken and closed off. Outside is old and worn out. Staff is always on their personal phones. Room smelled so badly of cleaning spray......really old and worn out. Stained and ripped carpet everywhere. Couch was so stained. Whole floor smelled like pot. No ice makers. Bed sheets were clean and bathroom was clean. Saw no bugs. Will never stay here again.

The location is a huge plus! It's directly across the street from Pexcho's American Dime Museum, which was the reason for our trip. The room came with all the ammenities. Nothing super modern, but everything worked properly. Great view. Staff were super nice and accommodating.

"I chose this hotel for its convenient location and appreciated the late checkout options. However , I was disappointed by a few things. The diner was closed , and my room didn't have a microwave or refrigerator . One of the main reasons I selected this hotel was the indoor pool, which was unfortunately not operational due to hurricane- something that wasn't mentioned during the booking process. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and leave, it may be fine, but I wouldn't stay here again. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

No working elevators, means this hotel is not accessible for people with issues walking. There is no help to carry bags upstairs. The only way to get upstairs is by an external staircase, which is concrete, with no cameras, making it pretty dangerous. They claim 2 elevators were out prior to the hurricane, and the other 2 went out from the hurricane. But there clearly is no rush to fix any of them. In the room itself, there were stains on the sheets, and we found drug paraphernalia under the chairs cushion.

Best hotel in town. Courtyard my second favorite. Marisol Screen at The Ramada is the best Operational Supervisor and most personable lady you could ever meet.
