To anyone looking for professional, friendly and great customer service when furniture shopping I highly recommend Mrs.Felica at Queen City!We were looking for a specific sectional(the everything sectional)which was very hard to find locally so we searched and came across it at Queen City in Aiken SC.My husband called and spoke with Mrs.Felica whom was very informative ,helpful and pleasant. She even FaceTimed to show us the couch and to see how it would look in our living room being that we are not local to the store.We got there asap and was greeted by Mrs.Felica who remembered us by name and to the same customer service we received via phone call we received in person as well but even better.We were offered some waters and she showed us the couch,she wasn’t pushy,gave us time to look around and make a decision also informed on us payment and warranty option, which led to us purchasing the couch!It was everything we wanted with all the features (3 Powered recliners, open chaise,usb ports, sleeper, ratchet headrests, hideaway cup holders)that fits our family and home, even down to the color and material which was a big thing for me.Couch was delivered next day around 10am..good experience as well. She called and checked up on us the next day tabs reassured if there was any issues to reach out.Overall 5 star experience!!!Check them out!!!

Thank you to Candi Johnson at the Aiken Store for assisting me with the purchase of my new refrigerator and dishwasher. She is very knowledgeable with all the appliances I looked at and she gave great feedback. She followed up with an estimate and again before and after delivery! She was available for through every step! She even found me a rebate for one of my appliances! I was pleasantly surprised at how fast my delivery date was scheduled. The delivery team was prompt and professional. Alex was super knowledgeable with our dishwasher install. The three guys had a rhythm and got things done! They make a great team. We are very pleased with our purchase. I did shop around with the major chain stores in the area and Queen City beat every price including delivery and install price. Felicia Wright was friendly and very professional. She provided excellent customer service. I purchased an over the range microwave and Felicia made sure I ordered the right product for my needs. My delivery person was Cyrus, who also provided excellent customer service. He was very professional and courteous. He installed my microwave very quickly and walked me through all the features. He then asked if there was anything else he could help me with. Felicia and Cyrus were awsome! Thank you so much!

Felecia at the aiken location was amazing! Her personality and product knowledge truly shows that she loves her job and wants the best for her customers.
