Honesty I’ve been to psychiatrists since I was 11 and this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had! The place is small but not crowded it’s clean and smells nice. The receptionist/nurse (Ashley) offered me snacks and water, she was incredibly kind and attentive. My appointment was with Jennifer, she was wonderful. She was very understanding and listened to everything I had to say. Not once did she make me feel uncomfortable or like I wasn’t actually being heard. I cannot explain how thankful for my experience there and am excited to continue giving them my support.

Truly incredible first impression. I was able to book an appointment within a week of my initial call. Office is clean, comfortable, cozy. Front desk staff are friendly and personable. Jennifer was very professional as well as authentic and bubbly. Was able to receive a diagnosis and prescription in the first appointment. Every question I had was given a thoughtful and thorough answer. This is the only time I've ever truly felt heard and respected by a psychiatric professional, and I look forward to continuing my care with them.

Best experience I've had in 8 years of seeking psychiatric services. Jennifer was kind, personable and got to know me as a person. She was very informal which I didn't know I needed. I relaxed immediately and felt like I was just having a conversation instead of an examination. She wanted my input on medication and helped me make an informed decision with backup plans for if the medication didn't work like we want it to. I will happily be making this my office of choice.

I have been seeing Harriet almost a year and love how personal the visits are. You don't sit in the typical medical office but the coziness of a therapy-type of office with soft chairs and pillows. Visits are around 30 min at and she goes over your medicine and takes time to talk about how you been. Appointments are made quickly. I'm very pleased that I have found them.
