My mom was there less than a week and the staff that she started with in the morning was amazing until Wednesday when the replacement CNA for the next two days DID NOT come in at all to change or check on her just drop off trays of food. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff Ms. Sharon. Thursday evening was even worst so I spoke with supervisor Jacqueline and she was unbothered. She was rude , she wasn’t sympathetic, empathetic or concerned. I discharged my mom. I plan to take this to the full extent because caring for our family members is not just their job but it should also be their priority and responsibility. I believe the higher ups need to know that this is going to come down hard on them when hiring people that absolutely don’t care.

My father in law is in this place now and was there for an hour and not one staff member came in to check on him and the smell was absolutely nauseous. I feel so bad for the people in this place. Some care supervisor should absolutely send someone for an inspection ASAP

I would give it 0 stars if I could. My mother was discharged from the hospital with a fractured foot and was in the rehab facility for a week before we decided to have her transferred to Stevens Park and boy are we glad we did. I would not recommend this place. There were some employees that left her in a, wet brief for 12 hours with a bed sore on her lower back. She would ask for help some of the night shift were mean as a snake as she put it. Was told don’t buzz because they’re busy and to wait till she wet twice in her brief that she was using too many diapers. First night she was there she asked three employees for water which they never brought so she was parched all night. She sat in a room for two nights with no AC before we requested a new room. Some of the employees had no compassion or empathy said to her like this is rehab don’t you wanna get out made my mother cry. I was so thrilled to know that Stevens Park had an available bed and let me tell you it is the best decision we made and now I know that I can leave and feel comfortable that my mother is being taken care of. I did not get that feeling at Pruitt Evans. It’s a shame that the employees always used the excuse I’ll get someone when asked my mother needed changing. And I feel like the employee should have changed the patient before she got off her shift. She would leave and put it on someone else before she would leave for the evening. Some workers should not be working in this profession starting with the front desk. I can’t say that about all but there were some very nice caring workers. My mother was afraid of saying anything because of retribution so now I have the opportunity to speak my mind.

Pruitthealth of Evans is a great facility. My loved one was there and the staff was wonderful. All of the nurses were very professional and the nursing assistants were so caring. The facility didn't smell or have an odor and was very clean. The front office staff were very kind and professional. If I could give them a higher score, I would.

PruittHealth Evans is a wonderful facility with a caring staff! They have very nice rooms ready to accommodate a variety of respite, short term, and long term patients. The Admissions Director Tracey Garnett is AWESOME! She is very knowledgeable and helpful making the admission process smooth without any surprises.
