They don’t reply to emails when you are trying to move so if you are OCONUS best luck to you getting in contact with them. They never fixed issues in my Azalea house. But the maintenance is amazing in New Olive. They didn’t help use for 2 weeks when our house was destroyed by the hurricane, but finally did something once the Army got on them. Terrible leasing staff. They are rude and will lie to you about houses available. I don’t know any that likes them.

Joe is amazing, he called to inform me that he was on his way to my home for preventive maintenance check on the home. He was pleasant and courteous. Repaired everything that needed to be repaired or replaced Thank you Joe 🙌🏽🤗

This has been some of the worse housing we have been in. Customer service sucked, there was so much miscommunication, and could have had better luck with a 3 year old running the company. Very disappointing on how they treat residents. If I could give y’all zero stars I would.

Very unpleasant homes to be in riddles with issue some of mine including a gas leak that somehow made sewage leak in through the floor of the home thick dust being all around the house prior to arrival despite being “freshly renovated” walls are paper thin kitchen was grossly cramped and tiny and the very very awesome thing at the end of it when I moved out I was given a $500 “cleaning fee” I mean seriously no clean in the world is worth 500 also given the fact me and my wife deeply scrubbed the whole house top to bottom with enough chemicals to pass the white glove test in every corner of the house, so this fee is ridiculous accompanied with the fact that when we got the house it was horrendous and took a full week to get it to a not gross living standard please Ik it sounds even worse to live in Augusta just go live somewhere there I’m pretty sure the news came out to these homes to talk about how terrible they are. Oh and finally forgot this but the ice machine would create ice with mold in the middle of every cube for some reason that was never resolved so have fun with that guys

If I could give zero stars to the housing office, I would. We lived in old housing on Fort Eisenhower. We fought off hundreds of roaches and dealt with routine maintenance work orders. We also had a leaking roof and mold in one bathroom that was never attended to properly. We kept up the property and it was clean. Our yard was very sandy and we constantly cleaned our porches and floors. We enjoyed the location and big backyard. In the end housing took $800 in move out fees. We have never been charged move out penalties and have always lived on post. If we went back I would not live on this base again. It wasn't worth it to be fined in the end after all the hardwork to make the property work for our family. David was our best support with all our maintenance requests. We truly enjoyed getting to know him. He is a blessing to the post housing service members.
